Aspen Gardens and Cabin Creek are up for sale for $19.3 million, according to the company responsible for selling the two properties.
Combined they include a total of 96 units, from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom townhouses.
Aspen Gardens is located at 230 Bonhomme Street while Cabin Creek includes the buildings on both sides of the road from 1001 to 1035 Patricia Street.
According to an online brochure, both properties have exhibited a historical vacancy rate near zero per cent and could have the potential for future residential development, although that would require approval from Parks Canada.
Jim Webb, president for Urbanlife Management, which manages the properties, but doesn鈥檛 own them, confirmed there is an interested buyer, however he declined to state who the buyer is.
Multiple emails and a phone call to CBRE, the commercial real estate company responsible for selling the properties, were not returned and it鈥檚 not clear who actually owns the properties.
