Jim Eglinski sounds like a perfect candidate to represent the Harper government. In his own words: “I’m going to be sitting in the back row... I’m going to be picking up the skills of other MPs.â€
He has no chance of sitting in the second row, as this is reserved for a handful of women, the female reps in the party.
He can forget about representing this area, supporting the party comes first! His biggest skill will be that of cheerleader along with the other MPs when the chosen few talking heads speak.
If he’s really good at that job, he may be invited to join the 200-plus cheerleaders when Harper goes on his next big publicity trip.
Presuming he wins the Nov. 17 byelection, I hope he proves me wrong in his new role as Yellowhead representative.
