Local artisans showed off their latest innovations, as well as their tried and true creations at the annual Christmas Craft Fair, Nov. 16.
Up for grabs was a huge variety of goods, everything from crocheted toques to homemade tourtière, silkscreened shirts, handcrafted necklaces, soaps and pickled beets. The sale was flooded with patrons in search of the perfect gift to tie with string and place under the Christmas tree.
The annual fair is just one of many that take place each holiday season.
The next will be at Alpine Summit Seniors Lodge on Dec. 6, where Santa will be posing for pictures and the seniors will be selling their famous cookies, crafts and jewelry. Then on Dec. 11, Coco’s Cafe will host its third annual craft sale beginning at 5 p.m.
