A 1981 Chevrolet Camaro has been reported stolen out of the Hinton area along East River Road, near Range Road 242.
The theft is believed to have occurred sometime from 9 p.m. on Aug. 2 until approximately 8 a.m. on Aug. 3.
No one was injured during this incident.
Police say all attempts to locate the stolen vehicle have been unsuccessful and the investigation is ongoing.
The Camaro is described as dark red in colour and missing its hood, although all supplied photos of the vehicle are with the hood installed.
Anyone who has seen this vehicle or has any information about the theft is asked to contact Hinton RCMP at 780-865-2455.
