Hinton RCMP arrested and subsequently charged two adults following a lengthy investigation related to drug trafficking.
This is in relation to a search warrant executed back in April.
Michael Carl Moore, 43, and Crystal Marie Moore, 38, are both charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000 – Criminal Code
- Possession of a Prohibited Weapon X 2 – Criminal Code
- Possession of Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling It – Cannabis Act
- Possession of Unstamped Tobacco - Excise Act
Both of the accused have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 18 in Hinton.
