Zach Rusk is taking on the Great Divide Trail to raise funds for the聽Alberta Sports and Recreation Association for the Blind in honour of his father.

The delay is due to unforeseen supply-chain issues with the partition panels for changing spaces and showers.

Started in 2014, the Gran Fondo Jasper is Canada鈥檚 only fondo to take place in a national park.

Young gymnasts from Jasper won their fair share of awards at the Summit Invitational hosted by the Canmore Illusions Gymnastics Club on May 23-26.

The season started early on November 16 and wrapped up on May 5.

鈥淎 kid from Jasper won the national championship slalom title, second in the giant slalom and his younger brother is following close behind in his footsteps.鈥�

This past weekend was the Jasper Mixed Bonspiel (April 5-7). The Bonspiel had 24 teams from all over Alberta compete including several local teams. It was beach-themed this year and most teams had dressed up to participate.
